I’ve been posting  photos of ingredients for so long now that many visitors don’t realize that I can shoot more than that. So, in order to rectify this, I’ve changed things around a bit. This gallery is made up entirely of outtakes from for my new book, A World of Dumplings. (Countryman Press 2007) Yes, there are some still-lifes here, but there’s more too.
